Absolutely. Research consistently shows that teletherapy is as effective as in-person therapy. For many couples, meeting virtually also makes it easier to show up consistently, removing some of the practical obstacles that can get in the way of investing in their relationship.

At the relationship co., all services are offered on a private-pay basis, with sliding scale options available and the ability to use Health Savings Account (HSA). While I don’t work directly with insurance, I ‘m happy to provide superbills to support you in seeking reimbursement from your provider.
50-minute individual appointments: $125
50-minute couples appointments: $135
Increased session time is available upon request.

Confidentiality & Security:
I use secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms to store and manage client information. Access to your records is limited to your therapist and essential administrative support when necessary. I take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.
Limits of Confidentiality:
In rare circumstances, I may be legally required to share information — such as if there is concern about immediate danger to yourself or others, suspected abuse of a minor, elder, or vulnerable person, or when required by law or court order. If this ever becomes relevant, I aim to communicate openly and transparently with you.
